💞 Easy Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We only ask that the item is:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To protect your safety and hygiene, certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare, undergarments, nursing pads)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products


🔁 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at infolunavie2@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Carefully pack the item and ship it back using a tracked service.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or item? We’re happy to help with an exchange, subject to stock availability. Please email us to arrange it.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a full refund.
